The Chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, has reacted to an investigation that revealed that the general director of the water supply company, Ermal Jahaj, was awarding tenders for his friend, the former director, who was also subordinate to Belinda Balluku.

The investigation also revealed the fact that he has not only won tenders, but is also building a hotel with the family of another of Balluk's subordinates, Deputy Minister Ceno Klosi.

"Therefore, today every honest citizen of this country asks the question: When will the corruption of Belinda Balluku, her deputies or directors be punished ," Bardhi emphasizes in reaction.

In Fier, Belinda Balluku has bypassed the honest socialists, despised them, underestimated them, to replace them with Ceno Klosi or Ermal Jahaj, who are her face in the Fier district! One under investigation by SPAK for corruption, while the other is a candidate for SPAK for massive abuse of clientelistic tenders.

The model of government corruption that Belinda Balluku, Ceno Klosi, or Ermal Jahaj represent like no other can ever be the representative model of the citizens of the Fier region.

I expect the Special Unit created by SPAK for electoral crimes to give an answer to their attempt to buy the dignity of the citizens of Fier, through the question they ask at every meeting "what do you want in exchange for your vote, money or favors?" as soon as possible. But today I know with complete certainty that they are not asking for votes to serve the citizens, but to continue to steal from us every day, as the investigation below shows.

Therefore, today every honest citizen of this country asks the question: WHEN WILL BE THE CORRUPTION OF BELINDA BALLUK, HER DEPUTY OR DIRECTORS BE PUNISHED?

This investigation below is enough to launch a full and comprehensive investigation into the "5D" scheme of Belinda's "barbers". In just one tender, they reward each other with 8.4 million euros. How many of these are there?

The official who signed the 8.4 million euro tender for Kovaçi is KLEVIS JAHAJ, the general director of the National Water Supply and Sewerage Agency. Mr. Jahaj and Mr. Kovaçi are not strangers to each other.

In this photo, Jahaj and Kovaçi appear at a meeting led by Emirjana Sako, where the foundations were laid for the reform of the Water Supply and Sewerage sector in Durrës with a plan to increase investments on a regional scale. And the investments are apparently in a closed cycle. Those who make investment decisions, after the meetings are over, sign tenders to each other.

However, the threads of these characters with power resemble those of a spider. Mr. Kovaçi is building a luxury hotel in Durrës. Called Azure Elegance Hotel, the permit for it was obtained in May 2023 by the Adriatic Union company. The latter was owned at the time by two shareholders, Petrit Kovaçi and Genti Klosi, brother of the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Ceno Klosi.

Later, after obtaining permission with Edi Rama's signature, Genti Klosi sold the shares for a symbolic price and Petrit Kovaçi became 100 percent owner of the company. It is not known whether the sale was real, as a series of investigations by SPAK have shown that in many cases the owners on paper and the actual owners of the companies do not match.
