SPAK has started criminal proceedings against the socialist mayor of Kukës, Safet Gjici.

The action of SPAK came after the publication of a sexual scandal, where Gjici is seen in sexual scenes in the premises of his office in the municipality of Kukës.

The video, which is circulating on social networks, was filmed on June 6, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.

The Special Prosecutor's Office has launched investigations into the mayor of Kukës, Safet Gjicin, who was filmed having sex in his office.

The Criminal Code of the Republic of Albania prohibits sexual relations up to 3 years in prison.

But will Prime Minister Edi Rama dismiss the mayor of Kukës?
