The Constitutional Court decided today to overturn the opposition's request for the annulment of the Decision of the Council of Ministers on constructions without permission.

28 deputies requested the repeal of the VKM for constructions, but today the Constitutional Court decided to overturn the request in a plenary session.

The General Secretary, Gazment Bardhi, says that it is not a surprise and that the Constitution is being blackmailed by Rama and the oligarchs.

"No surprise! Today's decision of the Constitutional Court was announced by Edi Rama on 15.12.2022, where he asked the CJK not to deviate and openly challenged it by warning of the non-implementation of any different decision.

Unfortunately, the Constitutional Court could not resist the pressure and blackmail of the Prime Minister and his oligarchs! The VKM that legalizes constructions without permission of oligarchs is the essence of Edi Rama's government: Prison for ordinary citizens, amnesty and legalization for oligarchs." - writes Gazment Bardhi.
