Today's plenary session in the Parliament was accompanied by tensions, where Democratic Party MP, Flamur Noka , criticized the Speaker of the Parliament, Niko Peleshi , for the way he administered parliamentary proceedings.
In his speech, Noka accused Peleshi of bias and militant behavior in conducting the hearings.
Noka warned Pelesh, saying: "You will also leave in shame like the others. So, don't be a prompter!"
Flamur Noka: In the past two sessions you have stood out as a zealous militant and a soldier. You cannot be the prompter, you are there to administer the session. You WILL leave in shame like the others, so don't be the prompter.
