This resulted from the full video published by journalist Artan Hoxha, where Gjici and the girl in question are seen talking in the office after the act.

After making a phone call, Gjici instructs a municipal employee to deal with her idea. The two leave the office, while the camera continues to record, as it remains mounted on the girl's bag.

During the conversation, she reveals that there was such an agreement with the Municipality of Librazhdi, while also showing the costs of 60,000 Lek per year for a dog.
