Bllako resigned, Assembly cancels membership of Legislation Council

The meeting of the Legislation Council, called by the Speaker of the Assembly for the review of the SPAK's request for the authorisation of the ban on MP Alqi Bllako, has been cancelled.

Announcement of the Assembly

In support of Order No. 24, dated 30.03.2022, of the Speaker of the Assembly, Mrs. Lindita Nikola "For the cancellation of the meeting of the Council for Regulation, Mandates and Immunity", the council meeting will not take place.

Mp Alqi Bllako has deposited in the Assembly the declaration for the removal of the mp by will and consequently the Assembly cannot continue procedures for reviewing the Special Prosecution's request against Corruption and Organised Crime for granting authorisation for the arrest of MP Alqi Bllako.
