Democratic Party Chairman-in-Command Enkelejd Alibeaj called a meeting of the parliamentary group before a plenary session of the Assembly on Thursday.
The invitation was not handed over to Sali Berisha, Flag Noka, Edmond Spahos and other supporters of the former Prime Minister.
However, although he does not know Alibeaj as PD chairman nor Alibeaj Salvini as a member of the parliamentary group, Berisha stated that he would be at the meeting of the parliamentary group called by Alibeaj.
Mr. Alibeaj admitted that the group was suspended and expelled at the meeting, but not Sali Berisha?
Berisha: The first to be at that meeting is Sali Berisha. Sali Berisha has an absolute major obligation from the December 11th assembly, confirmed by the December 18th referendum and the March 6th elections. I don't know if Alibeaj was expressed like that and if he authorized you.
Have you had communication with the head of the parliamentary group for joint meetings?
Berisha: No there is no divided group. There's a parliamentary group, I've stressed it and I stress it, and once you share it, it's not divided.
Have you been notified of the meeting?
Berisha: I've been told by my colleagues that there are meetings and I'm going, normal.
