Sali Berisha held a meeting with the residents of Vau te Deja as part of the electoral campaign, where he asked for votes for Zef Hila, the candidate of the coalition "We win together".
In his speech, Berisha said that in all the cities he has visited, he sees victory in the May 14 elections.
Rama accused the government of ties to criminal gangs and said that gang dictatorship is the worst form.
"With the program presented by Zef Hila, he showed that he knows all the troubles and problems of the residents of this municipality. But Zef Hila has ready the projects, the solutions for these problems, and will make them a reality.
On May 14, we move safely towards a historic victory. Wherever I go, from south to north, the breeze of victory is blowing across the country. Its light is illuminating the minds of Albanian citizens. Idealistic citizens everywhere are engaged in an unprecedented electoral campaign from 1990 until today.
Hajmeli and Vau of Deja and as a whole, who knows them better than anyone else than any power in the hands of one man. Power in the hands of one man has been proven in history, and more than anyone else on the backs of the Albanians, the Haljmelas as the most savage, inhuman form of power.
One man rule exists in communist dictatorships, which are based on Marxist-Lelinist human ideologies, and we experienced it. They are based on military dictatorships, where juntas of colonels or soldiers take power and exercise their power over citizens with military laws.
But I will tell you tonight here, that among all the forms of dictatorships, researchers, great historians, consider the worst, most savage form the dictatorship of gangs, banditry. And this dictatorship is today a reality in Albania", declared Berisha.
