Former Prime Minister Sali Berisja blocked the floor of the Assembly, as the session resumed after the physical confrontation between the DP deputy and his socialist colleague.
Democratic deputy Bledion Nallbati physically attacked the SP deputy, Vullnet Sina, after the latter had taken the floor to speak.
Berisha, from the floor of the Assembly, while broadcasting his speech "live" on Facebook, accused the majority for the situation caused today in the Assembly.
"This scene that you see today, this scene that constitutes a low, thuggish provocation towards the opposition, is created by the fact that these criminals in the government, these thieves who have lost every ethical, moral and legal norm exclude us, the opposition deputies, from the constitutional rights of the deputy.
One of the most fundamental constitutional rights of the deputy in the parliament is his right, together with 35 other deputies, to set up a parliamentary investigative commission to make transparency about the big problems that he considers.
This right sanctioned by the constitution cannot be denied to anyone. The collection of signatures for a parliamentary investigative commission is the automatic establishment of the commission. But this does not happen, because Edi Rama, trapped by the terrible affairs of theft and corruption, is addicted to drugs. Those who believe that they can kick the constitution, these are thugs, these are a shameful gang who have no morals and no law", declared Berisha.
