Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha says his case in the Court of Human Rights is placed in the "leading" category and is expected to be pursued with priority.
Berisha had earlier announced that he would send an "unconstitutional" decision to Strasbourg on the security measure after the request was rejected in the Constitutional Court.
"I want to inform you that the National Court of Human Rights has considered the Case "Berisha" as "leading". So very important and to be considered, I express my full confidence that my advocates will present all the arguments there. Full trust in the Court of Human Rights," said Berisha.
