SPAK, through a second summons, has requested Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Ballku to appear at the Special Prosecution Office premises at noon today.
It is learned that she has been invited to appear today at 3:00 PM , where investigators and special prosecutor Dritan Prençi have informed Balluku through the summons that she must be accompanied by a lawyer, which means that she is expected to be formally charged.
If she repeatedly refuses to appear before SPAK , the latter may request authorization from the Assembly to accompany her by force to be familiarized with the criminal charge./ VoxNews
