"The choice of today for the Albanian Prime Minister's visit to Athens is not accidental," says Fredi Beleri in his message from Fier Prison, accusing the Albanian Prime Minister of wanting to provoke.

In his message, the candidate for MEP of the New Democracy Party in Greece and the elected mayor of Himara indicates that today is exactly one year since his arrest.

According to him, Rama chose this day because his nomination worried him.

"He wants to provoke Greece, make a show of force inside Albania and lower the morale of the Greeks in the region. He won't make it. No one can play with the pride and dignity of Hellenism", Fredi Beleri's message concludes.
