The Deputy Prime Minister, Belinda Balluku, is holding a meeting with President Bajram Begaj.

Balluku was seen entering the Presidency at around 13:15.

There is still no official announcement regarding the topic of the meeting, but cyber security issues and the energy situation are the two most delicate sectors at the moment that are covered by Balluku.


President Bajram Begaj was not present at the welcoming ceremony of the former president of the United States of America, Bill Clinton.

The adviser to the President, Arta Sakja, has informed that Begaj could not participate due to health problems.

Clinton came to Albania at the invitation of Prime Minister Edi Rama, on a 2-day visit, on the anniversary of the USA's independence.

During yesterday afternoon, at the conference organized for his reception, former president Clinton also spoke, who called his visit to Albania impressive.
