MP Marjana Koçeku was absent from this Thursday's plenary session, just a few days after announcing her departure from the Socialist Party parliamentary group.

In the Assembly hall, the seat where she had been sitting until now was no longer free.

Her chair was occupied by the socialist MP from Vlora, Briseida Çakërri , a move that was immediately noticed in the hall and interpreted as a clear signal of the majority's distancing itself from the MP from Shkodra.

While Koçeku was not present, her change of seat in the hall attracted attention amid recent political developments following her departure from the SP.
