MP Flamur Noka insulted Taulant Balla in the Assembly hall , during a debate he was having with the leader of the Democratic Party (DP) about the protests at the prime minister's office.

Noka is heard addressing Balla with the phrases: " You're going to hell, you're a murderer, a trafficker . "
