The arrest of the directors of the municipality, Veliaj: A witch hunt is underway

Erion Veliaj

Mayor Erjon Veliaj issued a statement to the media regarding the arrest of the directors of the municipality accused of declaring their company '5D Konstruksion' the winner in several tenders during their duties as directors in the municipality of Tirana.

Veliaj spoke about 'witch hunts, bunches of grapes to burn, mayors, prime ministers, presidents... The courts finally separate the alum from the sugar', says Veliaj.
