The spokeswoman of the Democratic Party, Mirela Karabina, has stated that Prime Minister Edi Rama and former Prime Minister Sali Berisha have made deals with each other.

Karabina made the comments through a statement at headquarters, where he said that this bargain between them was also seen in the vote on Criminal Amnesty yesterday in the Assembly.

She also added that the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, allowed previously expelled Reestablishment MPs to participate in the plenary session, contrary to the regulations.

That Edi Rama is shopping with Sali Berisha, this was known and is becoming clearer every day.

He is in the market, not because he loves him, but because only with Berisha in front of him can he stay in power undisturbed.

As if Berisha is interested in this, because abandoned by everyone, Edi Rama put him back in the game, giving his MPs a voice in Parliament.

This bargain was seen in the criminal amnesty vote, where they voted in concert to save their corrupt and put pressure on SPAK.

They hid this by saying that they are voting to amnesty people, but in truth the citizens are the losers of the amnesty, while the corrupt are the big beneficiaries.

Of course, the bargain between Berisha and Rama could not have been possible without the mediation of Lindita Nikolla, who has long since turned the position of Speaker of the Assembly into the secretariat of Edi Rama, reducing the dignity of the position she holds and turning it into notaries of dirty shopping.

It is not the first time that Lindita Nikolla allows previously expelled deputies to participate in the Assembly, contrary to the Regulation.

He did it during the time of chaos in the Parliament, where he introduced expelled MPs to maintain the chaos and light the smoke and flames in the premises of the Assembly.

He did it yesterday with Sali Berisha's deputy in the Assembly.

Therefore, Lindita Nikolla must come out and give an account of why the expelled MP Flamur Noka was allowed to participate in yesterday's voting.

Is this part of the bargain and agreement between them?

The MP who asked Nikola by SMS to give the floor to his boss once more and then run away, cannot be above the Law or the Regulation.

So the Democratic Party is here, more determined than ever to be fully transparent and to denounce the dirty business between the representatives of old politics who have agreed to hold this country hostage, in an alliance against the people and against justice system.
