The General Secretary of DP, Enkelejd Alibeaj , in a press conference spoke, among other things, about the "Criminal Amnesty" which was approved yesterday in the Assembly.

He stated that it was achieved only thanks to an agreement between the opposition and the majority, which according to him was done away from the eyes of the public.

Alibeaj said that while yesterday the directors of the municipality were amnestied and the protesters were punished, today the protesters are called in front of the municipality.

Alibeaj: With yesterday's agreement between the two parties on criminal amnesty, several goals were achieved. First, the goal was to amnesty the corrupt directors of the Rama government and the municipality of Veliaj or any other type of municipality of the socialist party.

With intervention in the amnesty, spaces were created that led high structures of the administration of this government or the municipality to be able to benefit or get out of prison.

Secondly, the protesters were left at the mercy of fate, protesters who are citizens of this country called by the Democratic Party, called by civil society who have come out in protests of course against this other corrupt part of the government to demand their rights .

Yesterday, the amnesty act did not benefit the protesters. They continue to wander to the prosecutor's office, the courts continue to be under the hoof of the police repression of this government.

And the third, this was the biggest goal of the agreement, was to hit SPAK. The atmosphere which has coexisted during this time for attacks, sometimes sporadic, sometimes synchronized to hit BKH, as Prime Minister Rama has done.

To create a special commission to control it, to create parallel commissions in the parliament. Yesterday it reached its climax where with a legal act, the product of SPAK and GJKKO, was hit at the most difficult moment of SPAK.

Yesterday, in the report that the head of SPAK made, he issued important signals of help. He mentioned that the number of referrals and reports from state bodies to SPAK has decreased by 40%.
