The Tirana court accepts Alibeaj's appeal and considers Zhukri's decision on Berisha's status.

Today, the court of Tirana has accepted the appeal of the Democratic Party, represented by Enkelejd Alibeaj, legitimizing him as a complainant, accepting the right to appeal, and finding that the appeal has a sufficient basis for admission and is not abusive and illegal.

I inform you that today, on 22.04.2022, Judge Mrs. Blerina Muça, regarding the request submitted by the Democratic Party of Albania represented by Mr. Enkelejd Alibeaj, with object: Annulment of Decision no. 1346/222 Akti, Nr. 3 Decision, dated 25.03.2022 of the Tirana Judicial District Court with Judge Agron Zhukri deciding to adjourn the trial or return it for review in the same court but with another panel, decided in the deliberation room:
- Accepting the appeal of the appellant , Democratic Party of Albania, represented by its Vice President Mr. Enkelejd Alibeaj, against Decision no. 3, dated 25.03.2022 of the Tirana Judicial District Court.
- No appeal is allowed against the decision.
