Minister Ervin Hoxha , in the interpellation called by the Democratic MP, Asllan Dogjani , regarding the suicide of a 17-year-old girl in Gjirokastra, stated that politics is being played on a family drama.

Regarding Dogjan's claims that the suicide was a result of poverty, the minister stated that this is not true.

" I am here to answer questions about the role of the police and my role as a minister. Public order is the utmost concern of the government and the ministry, but guaranteeing it is not easy, so the UK has worked in different directions: Legal improvements, expanding cooperation with international partners and embracing technological developments. Doing politics with murders and family dramas is when you have nothing to say about the arguments. The Gjirokastra case is a family drama, it has nothing to do with poverty. It is disappointing that you do politics with drama. In the request for interpellation, the claim is raised that there is less detection of crimes ," he said.

Democratic MP Asllan Dogjani spoke in the Assembly, following his request for an interpellation with the Minister of the Interior, Ervin Hoxha.

Dogjani said that in 2024 executions in our country reached alarming figures, saying that there is no security or order in our country.

The MP addressed the minister, telling him that he does not have the strength to control order and that he was put in that position so that Prime Minister Rama could have complete control.
