The marathon session in the Parliament of Albania was accompanied by moments of tension. During the moment when the parliamentary session was interrupted so that the technique was ready to vote on the three bills of the fiscal package and the Budget of 2023, two DP deputies, Bujar Leskaj and Edi Paloka, clashed with Rama.
