Despite the numerous exceptions, DP deputies seem not to "give up" on causing tensions in the Assembly until the majority accepts the establishment of the Investigative Commission on the "McGonigal" case.

Even during today's plenary session, when the leader of the socialist parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, went to the pulpit to speak, he was surrounded by several DP deputies.

"What is this!?" said Balla first, while then he asked Luciano Boçi to leave, as according to him he had caught his eye and his colleagues couldn't see him.

Balla then turned to Albana Vokshi, telling her that she was ashamed that she was present there. He asked the opposition to change their behavior, while according to him, after March 3, when the Court decides the fate of the DP, the deputies will not be the same as today.

"Regarding the debate motion, date 2 has been set. I find it ridiculous that you do not accept date 2 but postpone today, knowing very well that the prime minister is on an official visit to Japan. We said this in the last session. If it is not possible to take place on the 23rd, the debate will take place on the 2nd according to all requirements, including the time of the debate. Each MP can speak for no more than 10 minutes. This will be the longest debate held in the history of the Parliament of Albania.

What I'm saying is that... you just spoke a language that is not right. I am ashamed that you are here (to Vokshit). The commission of inquiry is being examined by the conference of presidents. I don't think it is normal for the Assembly to conduct session after session with the same approach. Learn to make requests and to turn to the Bureau you must come with additional evidence. My call is, we are not at all satisfied to make decisions on the expulsion of colleagues, but in the Assembly, the deputy comes, pulls out the microphone and beats the pulpit like a drum, so I can't communicate with the citizens because I have people here who I don't know why. I'm sure after the 3rd you won't be like this anymore. It is important not to bring internal problems here", said Taulant Balla.
