Today protest and assembly! Berisha calls the democrats out of parliament, Rama

Although Prime Minister Edi Rama is in Japan for an official visit, Sali Berisha's MPs do not expect and insist that the motion with debate on the case of the former FBI official, Charles McGonigal, take place in today's plenary session.

The day before, 11 MPs requested that the motion with debate on the McGonigal case be included in the agenda and that each of the MPs have 10 minutes of time to speak.  

Meanwhile, Sali Berisha and 7 other deputies are expelled from the Assembly due to the chaos they caused in the past plenary sessions.

Agenda

I. The meeting of the Assembly in the plenary session of 23.2.2023, 10:00.

II. The agenda of the plenary session is as follows:

1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary session of 16.2.2023.

2. Notices.

3. Questions with the Minister of Health and Social Affairs Ogerta Manastirliu from MP Zef Hila.

4. Draft Law "For the completion of the process of privatization of the facilities of former agricultural enterprises".

5. The annual report of the National Council for European Integration for 2022.

6. Draft decision "For a change in decision no. 69/2021 "On the appointment of the membership of the permanent committees of the Assembly".

7. Draft decision "On the election of a member of the Competition Commission".

1. Draft decision "On the extension of the activity period of the Special Parliamentary Commission for the Implementation of the Electoral Reform

8. Discussions on issues outside the agenda.

III. The Assembly Services are charged with the publication of the agenda of the plenary session, the notification of the members of the Assembly through electronic means of communication, as well as the preparation of the parliamentary documentation that will be reviewed.

V. This order is effective immediately.
