Speaking to journalists this Friday, Edi Rama answered the question of whether Greece can veto blocking Albania's path to the EU, if the Beleri "issue" is not resolved.

He said that he does not prefer to answer for something that has happened, adding that it can happen.

"Can Greece block? Yes, it can. And then? If it happens, when it happens you will hear my comment, I don't have to make a comment before something happens. We live in a world where everyone has their own," he said.
