New details have been revealed from the suspension of 4 officials of the municipality of Korça who are accused of dereliction of duty regarding the illegal calculation of taxes for certain constructions, causing the state a damage of 30 million ALL.

Top Channel learns that the Prosecutor's Office has found violations in the construction permit procedure for 20 entities.

The suspended officials, for profit purposes, have given construction permits for buildings declared for residence while they have been used for trade.

The infrastructure impact tax for residential facilities is 3% of the investment value, while for service and trade facilities, this tax is 8% of the investment value.
