A day ago, Monika Lubonja revealed through a post on "Instagram" that she has filed a complaint against composer, Adrian Hila, for intimate videos published online. The actress has denounced him for insult and unfair interference in her private life.
Invited to the show "Shqipëria Live" with Sidorela Gjon, lawyer Kujtim Cakrani stated that with this denunciation, Adi Hila does not risk anything and cannot be sentenced to prison.
"He risks nothing. This accusation that she has built and directed to the Tirana Criminal Chamber Court constitutes a criminal offense. Which means that he can be punished with a fine. So it is only damage to his image. The lady could have pursued this in a civil case to seek moral compensation. This is because her image has been damaged. He can be punished after 10 years when the court process is completed with a fine, up to 3 million lek, but there is no criminal guilt that risks prison," said the lawyer.
According to Cakrani, Adi Hila has opened his own network since 2025 where he has published short, intimate videos for payment.
"I said this so that everyone doesn't make fools of us. He knew very well that he was being recorded, he made cuts of those videos for profit reasons. No one stole from him, he has every right to defend himself, and he will do everything to defend himself, but we who are inside this system know how it works. He must be investigated in cooperation. The one who made the recordings, the cuts. Who the collaborators are, the Prosecution must find.
"The problem is that he knew very well what happened. This is organized and distributed on pornographic sites, they were sold for money. He sold them for profit. Not a single day in prison is foreseen, maybe that is not the intention, but the problem is that it must be investigated who the people who helped him were, who had knowledge," said the lawyer.
