A group of girls try to obstruct the police's movement near the Art Gallery. "Take off your hats," they are heard telling the police. Leading them are well-known 'flamingo' activists, including Arvina Lleshi.

The Ministry of Infrastructure and the Municipality of Tirana are currently deployed and other citizens and young people are joining them. The police have tried to disperse the protesters with pepper spray when they throw stones. Nearby is a water cannon or tear gas.

Measures have been taken at the entrances to institutions to prevent protesters from entering.
