Ever since TikTok became the most downloaded consumer app in the world, there has been ongoing debate and controversy surrounding access by minors. Information Technology expert Said Dulevič said that 'it is very difficult to control a child today, and especially what accounts he has opened on social networks, but children today are even more advanced than their parents themselves'.

In relation to Tik-Tok videos, Dulevic in an interview for ABC said that what we notice is that the young age calls these videos funny, but in fact this does not lead us to good conclusions, as for education of youth, even in the most recent case of the massacre in Klos. According to Dulevič, there are ways to make money on Tik Tok, but it should not be forgotten that the company keeps more than 70 percent of the profits and the person who earns only gets 30 percent backwards. The youth is using it temporarily and sees it more as a trend.

"The control can be done very simply, there is a 'family link' application, it controls everything, but let's not forget the conversations, the best way is to find the way of communication, parent-child", said Dulevič.
