Life in space seems to be difficult, but also extremely interesting for us earthlings, since in the conditions of zero gravity everything happens differently. So, often the "residents" of the International Space Station (ISS) come to show us how they do some of their daily routines.
This time, a typical example is the Italian astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti, who recently "moved" to the ISS and is sharing on social networks the secrets of survival in an absolute vacuum.
The 45-year-old astronaut, in a video she recently posted on social networks, shared with her followers the experience of washing her hair while floating due to the lack of gravity.

As she describes it, astronauts on the International Space Station don't wash in the usual way, but instead use liquid soap, water and leave-in shampoo. And to make her description more realistic, Samantha shows live the process she follows.
First, she puts liquid soap on her head with a little water, but without rinsing at the end. Then, simply take a towel and with movements soak up the excess water.
Broadcasting images from life on the ISS is certainly interesting, as things look a little different there.
And because this particular astronaut shares people's need and curiosity to get a taste of… extraterrestrial life, she regularly uploads pictures of everyday life in space to her online accounts.

In previous videos on Twitter and TikTok, she reveals what it feels like in space, how she breathes without oxygen, how she takes pictures, and doesn't forget to do her daily exercise… namely yoga!
