New fight in Albanian showbiz for... a pair of earrings

Although classified as gemstones, pearls are extremely unique, mainly due to the fact that they are the only precious material formed and found within a living creature. However, today we will not dwell on their features but on the fact that they have created a new "beef" in Albanian showbiz.

*beef-from the slang of the language to be in "beef" with someone is to want a fight with them. A person who has something against someone else or wants an argument or a fight.

Who are the protagonists of the latest beef?
-Dafina Zeqiri and Era Istrefi.

The reason?
-Exactly a pair of pearl earrings we were talking about.

How did it all start?
-Initially, Dafina appeared with these earrings on social networks and then Era published the photo announcing the song with Mozzik that she will release soon with Mozzik. Era is seen in the photo with the same earrings as Dafina.

That was enough for the latter to go to Twitter and write some statuses. At first she accused him of copying the earrings but then deleted it. She published another status where she wrote: "U funny"

Followers exploded in the comments taking different stances. Most write that Dafina is a great artist, but she shouldn't start a fight over a pair of earrings. "Why does Dafina spoil our night like this? Think twice before you post something. You are too great an artist for such unrelated dramas!" someone wrote.

Others have been harsher. "When you spread hate, you get hate. Take the example of Elvana, Dhurata, Kida, how positive and not at all angry about the successes of colleagues. You and Tayna are so toxic! Look at your work, grow up!" - writes a commenter. Another: "It's 2022 and you're still making drama with your colleagues who allegedly copied your earrings. Seriously? When you're nervous, stay away from your phone, don't post anything."

Of course, the fan base of the two singers have supported their respective idols, making comparisons between them.

- How did it go on?
Dafina then posted more photos of the "famous" earrings on Instagram and also changed the "caption" of the post, writing: "What's important about pearls is the woman who wears them."

-How did Era react?
Avoid everything. So far, she has not made any post regarding the hot debate that started on social networks.

-Can a pair of earrings be duplicated?
Maybe yes maybe no! How do you know! It is worth noting that both posted the photos with a short time difference. Also, the photo of Era was taken days ago when she shot the video clip with Mozzik. Accessories are not exclusive and today trends are recognized quickly and by everyone, so it is difficult to understand who is copying whom and above all if they are "copying" or just following a trend. Maybe they have common tastes?

Ah, and ironically...
In the evening, Dafina and Era performed in the same club.
