A few days ago, Arta Bajrami confessed on the show "Oxygen" in Kosovo that her two young children, Ideali and Electra, are diagnosed with the autism spectrum.

As a public figure who is in the same situation as many other parents, Arta has felt the difficulty of the children, but has tried to do the best for them. In the "Rudina" program, she shows that the two little ones are not on the heavy scale of the spectrum, but with a lot of work and therapy, they are managing to progress. She advises the same for parents.

Arta Bajrami: It is a very broad spectrum, some children are affected less, they are in degrees. Fortunately, I also said on the show that my children are not severely affected, that is, they understand, listen, dress, dress themselves, they are independent, but they are not yet verbal, they have some difficulties in communication. I have been working with them in different trainings since they were small because the eldest daughter, Viktoria, based on her, I have followed her and I have seen that this something, the boy especially, has had a little stagnation and I have dealt with intensively, through various trainings in Albania, Kosovo, where I was able together with my husband. Thank God they are fine, they are progressing. I can already tell you that it is necessary for everyone, every parent who has diagnosed children, no matter what the degree, you need to work a lot with them because it is the only one at the moment since autism is not a disease, it is a neurobiological disorder, we don't know from where it is caused.

Arta Bajrami's statement in "Oxygen":

"I want to tell a truth, it is good for the public to know. I want to tell a truth, because I'm having a lot of trouble, so I'm dealing with it on a daily basis. Ideali and Elektra have been diagnosed with the autism spectrum. They were diagnosed a little later, as initially the doctors did not give an accurate diagnosis. I have never given up, we stayed behind with my husband. They are diagnosed late. At the moment I am treating them at the Autism Association in Pristina, who are doing a very good job. Now God has brought me these two stars, these angels who give unconditional love. They understand everything, they just can't speak yet. They are independent in what they do."
