“I love everyone in this room. I have no words,” she said. "I just spoke a little bit of the Blackfeet language, the community and the beautiful country that I grew up in and that has encouraged me to go forward and continue to do this with my mom, who, even though she's not Blackfeet, worked tirelessly to get our language into our school, so I had a Blackfeet language teacher growing up.”
