Artemisa Gogo is a doctor and scientific researcher at the University of Bern in Switzerland. 7 years ago, she left Albania for scientific research in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Now, Artemisa has become popular through her Instagram page, where she occasionally gives advice to her followers on how to get rid of anxiety.
Today, invited to "ABC e Mangjesi", the doctor gave some advice on how to calm down before a difficult conversation or showed some exercises to stop panic attacks.
Among other things, Gogo stated that the FBI hires people who have anxious tendencies because they pick up on the smallest changes in the environment.
" During life, various stresses can happen, such as job changes, house changes, family problems, any kind of thing, even a word you hear. What happens to the brain? This happens to people who are alert and especially the FBI actually employs these people who have an anxious tendency, because these are the most alert people and they catch the smallest changes in the environment. They are very observant and these small environmental changes catch their brains and explode. It's a normal reaction of the brain, which is not an attack but a defense ," she said.
