In an interview given for the show "Live From Tirana" with Ronaldo Sharka, Neda Balluku recounted details from her experience as a commentator on the latest edition of "Big Brother VIP 4", the relationships she maintains with former residents and her personal plans for the future.

Among other things, she did not hesitate to talk about her aesthetic plans: "Next year I have seriously decided to have cosmetic surgery. Maybe my chest. Not my lips and cheekbones, because I think I have shown my face enough to Albanians. Any kind of change makes no difference. I hope I have shown a positive and good face, as I think I have."

She explains her personal reasons behind the intervention: "To have a breast procedure, I think yes, because I have breastfed three children for 4 and a half years, bringing them together and of course I feel this in my chest. Next year, for my 35th birthday, it will be a gift that I want to give myself. But let's be good until then."
