A 36-year-old man in Bulqiza was shot with a shotgun by his relative in the forest and died.

Police announcement:

On 16.01.2025, at around 12.00, a report was received that in the forest of the village of Tërnova e Vogël in Bulqizë, citizen VK, 36 years old, was wounded with a shotgun (double), who, as a result of the injuries sustained, lost his life during transportation by helicopter to the hospital.

From the first investigative actions, it has resulted that the suspected perpetrator of the incident is citizen FK, 34 years old (relative to citizen VK), who has been accompanied to the Police Station for further actions.

The investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office continues its actions at the scene to clarify and fully document this event.
