In the early 1960s, Tito gave more rights to Kosovo Albanians, including local self-government and education.

In this period he undertook several visits to Kosovo Albanian cities. In this photo appears in Prizren and at the reception organized by Albanians, where the Albanian slogan clearly appears "Me at the head friend Tito".
