Dua Lipa has already made fashion history with Tiffany's 100-carat "Legendary" diamond pendant. All eyes were on Dua as she arrived on the Met Gala red carpet and the Albanian star did not disappoint.
She wore a white Chanel dress, the same design that Claudia Schiffer wore for the Fall 1992 fashion collection, but a lot of attention was paid to her choice of accessories, in particular, that diamond necklace, which has a history interesting after.

Dua Lipa became the first star to wear Tiffany & Co.'s new "Legendary" diamond. The "Legendary" white diamond is over 100 carats and pays homage to the shape of the iconic Tiffany yellow diamond, which are almost identical.
The original 128.54-carat yellow Tiffany diamond was found in 1977 in South Africa's Kimberley diamond mines and has since become one of Tiffany's most famous accessories (in 2019, its value was estimated at $30 million ).

Only four women have set the original Tiffany diamond. Mary Whitehouse was the first to wear it at a ball for the jewelry company in 1957. She was followed by Audrey Hepburn, who wore the diamond for a photo shoot in 1961 for Breakfast at Tiffany's; Lady Gaga at the 2019 Oscars and Beyonce in a 2021 Tiffany & Co. photo shoot.
With her fresh look and world famous necklace, Dua Lipa also made history in the fashion world.
