Song Festival: Applications are closed, over 80 creations from all over the
Fest62 / Song Festival on RTSH

The most important event of Albanian light music, the 62nd Song Festival at RTSH, has closed applications.

Midnight on October 10 was the deadline for submission of participating songs. This year there are over 80 quality musical creations prepared by Albanian composers, lyricists and artists not only from Albania, but also from other countries such as Kosovo, North Macedonia, Germany, Sweden, Italy and America.

This year's innovation during the application process has been the opportunity to receive an automated email response in real time.

After the author of the song submitted the finished material, the complete, orchestral song with the accompanying voices, the instrumental of the song, the text, as well as the names of the authors, an answer was given whether the material was accepted or not, accompanying it with the relevant arguments.

Within this week, all songs will undergo a selection stage by an acceptance committee determined by the festival board. After this filter, the songs participating in the 62nd Song Festival at RTSH will be announced.

You will be able to follow the full list of artists who will be part of this festival as well as the latest news about this musical event on the social networks of Fest 62 and RTSH.
