Sad/ "The Crown" actor passes away

British actor Stephen Greif has passed away at the age of 78.

The actor became known to the general public from his role in the 4th season of the Netflix series, "The Crown", where he played the Speaker of the House, Bernard Weatherhill.

As his manager announced, the actor breathed his last, with the cause of his death not yet known.

"It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful client, Stephen Grief. His career spanned many roles on screen and stage, including at the National Theatre, the RSC and the West End. He will be greatly missed and our thoughts are with his family and friends," his manager tweeted.
