'Teary, flushed and incapacitated...', SHOCKING footage emerges of

Tearful, flushed and unable to control her body, Celine Dion is shown enduring a painful 10-minute attack. The footage is part of her upcoming documentary, which highlights the world-famous singer's battle with Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS).

The music star is seen being cared for by professionals who desperately try to ease her painful muscle spasms, while a camera crew silently films the ordeal.

The 56-year-old was diagnosed with the condition, a rare autoimmune neurological disorder that causes muscle stiffness and uncontrollable spasms. Her subsequent struggles will also be part of the documentary I Am: Céline Dion, as will her decision to withdraw from the public eye and come to terms with the disease.

In the shared video, Dion says after the crisis:

"Whenever something like this happens, it makes you feel very ashamed and so, I don't know how to express it. However, I still find myself dancing and singing. I always have plan B and plan C, you know. This is me. If I can't run, I'll walk. If I can't walk, I'll crawl. But I won't stop. I will not stop."
