The well-known actor Brad Pitt has accused his ex-wife Angelina Jolie, that she secretly sold the shares from their joint property of the Château Miraval winery, to return to the ' battle ' for the custody of their children .
According to several legal documents obtained by Page Six, the "Bullet Train" star claims that he and Jolie agreed several years ago that without each other's approval they would not sell their share of their business, which they bought in 2008.
However, when they divorced in 2019, Jolie decided to sell her stake in the winery once she found a buyer.
In the summer of 2021, Brad revealed through a press release that the "Maleficent" actress had secretly sold 50% of her shares to Yuri Shefler.
But now the actor claims that his ex-partner deliberately chose Shefler as a buyer, because according to him she knew it would be a bad decision for the business, given his ties to Vladimir Putin.
"Stoli and Jolie are forcing Pitt into a partnership with a stranger, and worse still, a stranger with no good intentions at all ," the document states.
The winery is a 35-room residence surrounded by vineyards, fountains, a pond and a church.
We remember that in 2014 the couple got married at Chateau Miraval, in an intimate ceremony.
