One of the most loved and talked about couples in the pink media, Bes Kallaku and Xhensila Myrtezaj, have already parted ways with each other, with the only connecting bridge... the two children.
The couple had addressed the court with a divorce suit because according to them the marriage is no longer working, but other details are being learned about this issue.
Sources indicate that Kallaku and Myrtezaj, before going to Court, tried to end their marriage by agreement, without the need for legal battles.
But in the last moments, Kallaku asked the singer to give up the couple's property, which was not accepted by her.
Sources for Top Channel indicate that after this 'change' at the last moment, the singer went to court with a lawsuit for divorce, and so did the actor.
The court returned the lawsuit to both of them, Xhensila because she did not sign it, but authorized her lawyer, and also for procedural reasons it was returned to Bess.
The pair have resubmitted the lawsuit, this time completed according to the requirements and procedures, waiting for a date to set the session.
It is learned that both of these lawsuits for divorce will be joined before the same judge, and a date will be set to hold the session, where the parties will raise their claims for property and other details that follow after the separation.
But what is divorce by agreement?
All couples who have ended their marriage by mutual understanding can get divorced at a notary. This discussion has involved justice actors and has been triggered not only by the flow of files waiting in the courts, but also by the fact that many couples are currently appearing at notaries to sign an agreement on separation. With this act, the agreement is signed at the notary, then the document is submitted to the court and it approves it.
