The Muslim one, the Catholic one, the Albanian-Turkish love that started in the
Sezer and Orgeta

Everyone already knows Sezer's name. For 8 years, the famous Turkish hairdresser has been taking care of the hair of many celebrities in his beauty salon. In addition to work, Sezer also found love in Albania when he met his partner, Orgeta, with whom he now has an 18-month-old son, Reis.

A love born from two different cultures, religions, backgrounds that started in a beauty salon, the couple tells us in "Rudina" how their story started. Greta, from a client turned into the man of Sezer's heart after a meeting with him. One of the key moments of getting to know each other is the introduction to the families, and Gerta tells us of the fear she faced when this moment came.

Orgeta : To tell the truth, I was very afraid to tell my parents that I know a boy from Turkey, he is Turkish, he is Muslim, since I am Catholic, Christian. I had this fear as they would expect a Turk, a Muslim. But the complete opposite happened to me. I tell mom, of course in front. Then I say mom, will you tell dad or should I tell him myself. Then mom says "as you wish", okay, I'll tell dad myself. I tell my father that I met a Turkish boy, he works here in Tirana, he has his own salon and he has been here for 3 years, that is, 5 years ago, he works and he was well received. "Okay, present it to us so we can see it."

On the other hand, it was not known how Sezer's family would receive an Albanian Christian girl, but this test also passed successfully.

Sezer : I couldn't go to Turkey at that moment because of work, then I had to. In fact, the family came first, definitely. Gerta, the family came here and then you left, right?

Orgeta : Sezer's family has come here since we met.

Sezer : Then Gerta went to Turkey alone to meet the whole family. My mom, my dad came here first, then I said come on, I found the oyster. Mom and Dad came, then I only sent Gerta there, it was the first time, but they combined well.

Since they come from two different countries and cultures, Sezer said that in Albania it was easy to adapt to the food, the similarity of customs and family traditions. Gerta said that it worked the same way with her, but some changes in the Turkish mentality, such as clothing, are still noticeable.

Rudina Magjistari:  What are the Turkish rituals different from ours?

Orgeta : The rituals are the same, but maybe here in our country people are more open and there they follow the traditions more. We are more European, there they are more closed in mentality. This is a little different.

Rudina Magjistari:   For example, tell me a detail?

Orgeta:  They are fanatics, especially in clothing they are much more than us.

Rudina Magjistari:  It's okay, so you can go with this cleavage because there is little cleavage revealed today? He would come as he is, he wouldn't dare there?

Sezer:  A little closed to me. The first time I sent Gerta to Turkey, I told Gerta, take closed things with you, dress properly there at the mother-in-law's place, when you come here there is no problem, be a little more careful there.
