Heidi Baci, the Albanian who became part of the "Grande Fratello" (Italian Big Brother) left the competition after the meeting she had with her father during the show.
The father was against his daughter's intimacy with Massimiliano Varrese, another Grande Fratello competitor, and asked her to return home.
"Mom is sick, he is old and mistreats you. Come with me. I don't know you anymore and I don't see you as you were before. You seem like a different person to me. You couldn't create a wall with a person who put you under pressure," said Genti, Heidi's father.
He further added that her mother no longer followed her and did not have her support in this journey. "Mother has not seen you since that moment. I don't let anyone misbehave with my daughter and you know it.
I don't allow anyone to violate your dignity. I promised my mother that I will take her home tonight because you cannot underestimate her state of health", continued the contestant's father.
After this moment, Heidi apologized to her father and left the famous house, telling the production that she had made this decision for personal reasons.
But this action has caused a wave of discussions in the local media accusing the Albanian father of patriarchalism and deciding on the fate of the girl by not letting her make a free choice in life.
