On Thursday, a draw was made for the number of political parties that will be on the ballots for the October 12 elections.

From numbers 100 to 199, the Vetëvendosje Movement will have number 105, the Democratic Party of Kosovo 191, the Democratic League of Kosovo 113, and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo 174.

The Serbian List will compete in the local elections with number 170, NISMA with 186, Guxo List with number 118, Alternativa with 103 and the Social Democratic Party with 149.

There are 93 political entities competing for the local elections, of which 32 political parties, 2 coalitions, 32 civic initiatives and 27 independent candidates.

The Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Krashnik Radoniç, has invited all entities to conduct a democratic competition.

The CEC invited all political entities and candidates to engage in an electoral process while respecting the electoral laws and rules in force.

Elections are not just a contest for power, but also an important process for democracy in our country. Therefore, I believe that each of us has a responsibility for the smooth running of this process.

The Kosovo Central Election Commission has not yet released the list of eligible voters in the October 12 elections. However, the number of voters from the diaspora registered online is 46,015.
