Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has stated that cooperation in the field of defense between Kosovo, Croatia and Albania is shaped against Serbia.

The statements were made after his participation in the military parade held in Beijing, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.

Vučić stressed that Serbia is considering the possibility of purchasing multi-role aircraft and modern helicopters from China to provide the Serbian army with a deterrent force against any possible attack from neighboring countries.

"Kosovo, Croatia and Albania did not form a military alliance by chance. They did not create this alliance against Austria, Hungary or Slovenia, but against Serbia. Serbia will not touch anyone, but will strengthen its army to protect its territorial integrity," Vučić said.

Albania, Kosovo and Croatia signed a joint declaration on defense cooperation on March 18, a step that, according to Serbian propaganda led by Vučić, is increasing tensions in the region.
