The constitution of the Assembly in Kosovo has failed for the 18th time. In this Monday's session, there was again no decision to establish a secret ballot committee, requested by the election-winning party, the Vetevendosje Movement.

Although there was a consultation between the chair of the session, Avni Dehari, and representatives of political parties, there were no concrete results from this.

Meanwhile, the next session where MPs will attempt to constitute the Assembly will take place on May 21st.
