Gang violence is always on the rise in Brazil, despite government efforts to stop it.

In recent days, it was reported that the Republican politician, Rayane Alves Porto , 25 years old, along with her sister Rithieley and her brother were kidnapped on September 8 by gangs. After several days of intensive searching, the two sisters were found dead.

They were tortured for days and died from the violence. While their brother and the boyfriend of one of the girls were found in a serious state of health, where they had cut his fingers and ear.

It is suspected that the reason why they were tortured was a photo they had posted on social networks, which was interpreted as the symbol of a rival gang in Brazil.

They were kidnapped while they were at the party and the gangs demanded a ransom of 15 thousand dollars from their family.

In the video below, the two sisters are seen walking together with their brother and the boyfriend of one of the girls and the gang members following behind them, the moment they walk down a street without cameras, some people kidnap them.


Rayane was a candidate for the municipal council within the Republican party, while her sister, 28-year-old Rithiely, was a well-known influencer on social networks with thousands of followers.

So far, 10 people have been arrested in connection with this serious event and the police are looking for other people who were accomplices in this serious event.
