"We were a little threatened by Russia", Trump on Medvedev's
US President Donald Trump

US President Donald Trump has called Dimitry Medvedev a "fool", who in July of this year had issued several statements threatening war.

During a meeting with US generals, Trump said he was sending a nuclear submarine, equipped with one of the most deadly weapons, to Russia. Trump said he could not allow anyone to make "nuclear" threats against the US.

"We were recently threatened a little bit by Russia, and I sent a nuclear submarine, the deadliest weapon ever produced. I announced this based on his [Medvedev] mentioning the word 'nuclear'. And there was a really stupid person working for him [Putin] who mentioned the word 'nuclear'."

"I moved one or two submarines, I won't talk about both, to the coast of Russia just to be careful, because we can't let people use that word," Trump declared.
