US President Donald Trump is expected to discuss cutting military aid to Ukraine in a meeting with top advisers today.

Trump will meet with senior advisers, including Marco Rubio and Pete Hegseth, to consider a range of options, including ending aid approved and paid for by the Biden administration, the New York Times reported.

The meeting comes after a public clash between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the Oval Office on Friday.

The White House is reportedly torn about how to deal with Ukraine after the standoff, with some advisers taking "extreme positions" against Zelensky and his country, Bloomberg reported.

Meanwhile, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the military operation in Ukraine will continue until all goals are achieved, Sky News reports.

On the topic of a possible peace plan with Ukraine, Peskov says there is no "coordinated" or "initiated" plan yet.

Speaking about the growing divisions in the West, he said: "We see that the collective West is less and less collective. The fragmentation of the collective West has begun and the positions of different countries and groups of countries are becoming more nuanced. There remains a group of countries that are clearly parties to the war. These countries are supporting Ukraine in continuing the war and providing military supplies."
